Death rates by age group in the Covid years and beyond

This is an update on how death rates for each age group have changed since pre-Covid days. In this article, I cover US death rates by 10-year age groups from 2018 thru 2024. The good news is that, out of 11 age groups, 7 ended up in 2024 with about the same or a little lower death rate than they had in 2018. The bad news is that the 4 remaining age groups ended up in 2024 with a substantially higher death rate than they had in 2018—and sadly, those age groups include young children aged 1-4 and 5-14, along with adults aged 35-44 and 85+.

What a top no-virus leader said about deaths in 2020, when people were dying

Deaths in the United States increased by 19% in 2020, compared to the usual 2%—by far the largest increase in deaths in the last century. Nothing like it has happened since the “Spanish Flu” of 1919—and the similarities between Spanish Flu and Covid are striking. So, what would we expect a prominent no-virus leader to say about mortality, if he were asked about it in late 2020, when so many people were dying? Researchers discover reason for 31 million excess deaths worldwide: Mistakes were made

A new paper on global excess deaths from 2020-2022 could be described as earthshaking. The authors estimated there were a stunning 31 million excess deaths worldwide in those 3 years, known as the “Covid years.” The authors proposed 3 primary reasons for the mass casualties, all involving some variation of “mistakes were made;” and/or “they signed a consent form.” Here, I look at whether these 3 proposed causes are supported by the official US mortality data—a question that was not examined in the paper.

Democide in Canada, 2020-2022? Plus, the untapped mortality data goldmine

There are reasons to suspect the 2020 US democide may have been worldwide. For example, huge simultaneous death spikes occurred in several different countries in Spring 2020—all similar to the New York City mass casualty event. That includes Canada, as I’ll show in this paper. I don’t know what followed the death spikes abroad, but I do know what followed in Canada and the US—and it was a lot more unexplained death.
