About Virginia Stoner Writing & Art

Virginia "Ginny" Stoner, MA, JD, is a Texas-based writer, artist, and attorney

About my writing and art

The main focus of my writing is the manipulation of beliefs and behavior, and its impact on humanity. Recently, my focus has also been on numbers, especially the massive increase in deaths since 2020. My new reference book, The Illustrated US Mortality Guide, is designed to make it fast and easy to understand this data.

In my art, form, color and line combine to explore the inner workings of outside reality. Focus is on the human figure, loosely rendered in vivid color in pastel, oil and watercolor. The result is a melding of imagination and realism that leads the viewer to consider what is going on in the mind behind the form.

I also create cartoons, videos and articles for The New World Order Reporter at nworeporter.com, a satirical news site where time travel, satire, cartoons, art and creative writing come together. This site is currently archived, and no new material is being posted there at this time.

My education

The graduate program I attended focused on the interface of law and psychology, especially social engineering, research design and data analysis.

  • Bachelor of Arts in psychology, University of Colorado, 1990

  • Master of Arts in social and personality psychology, University of Nebraska, 1994

  • Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law), University of Nebraska, 1994
